The building is located in a squared corner property, with south and west sides.
The square is the starting point for this project with a development based on a very regular geometry. A diagonal, drawn from the interior to the corner of the two roads, divides the plot into two triangles. This line allows us to draw various sized squares with a fixed point on the inner corner of the plot. This is how we defined the empty location.
The housing block has 8 floors and 2 set back which have two and three dwellings each. The layout of the floor is structured in relation to the diagonal as an axis of symmetry.
The square is also present in the elevations formalised on a frame with equal sides - height and width of the building. The slabs of the floors are divided into equal parts, giving the building an expression of horizontality.
