The concept which originated this project intended to preserve the pre-existing olive trees at this site, shaping the school building through back and forth volumetric variations. The functional program takes advantage of the terrains unevenness that divides and positions the building creating two separate playgrounds.
A main volume was created to house the entrance and the largest number of classrooms assigned to primary education. From here we can access to another adjacent volume, via ramps, where the multipurpose room is. This second volume also includes the kindergarten activity rooms.
The roof consists of two slopes advancing beyond the façade, which allow creating covered patios.
